Dale Medical Surgery Center & Office Building

Updated: Aug 1, 2018

Dale Medical Surgery Center is the first phase in the ultimate vision for Dale Medical Center Replacement Hospital. The facility is located on an 85 acre site to become the new campus for Dale Medical Center. As part of Dale Medical Center’s commitment to being the health care provider of choice for the communities they serve, they responded by constructing a state of the art outpatient surgery center.

The facility includes 2 surgery suites, shell space for 2 additional suites and 2 endoscopy suites, one of which is set up for cystoscopy services. In addition, the facility provides full fluoroscopy and x-ray services, laboratory services and space and connections for lithotripter services.

Because patient experience and satisfaction is Dale Medical Center’s primary concern, recovery areas have windows for natural lighting and views to the adjacent landscaped area. The second floor of the facility is developed as office space for physicians who utilize the surgery facilities below. In the past, patients would have to visit separate locations, now patients and staff benefit from the consolidation of these services.

The planning provides for landscaped views from the recovery spaces and separate and dedicated patient drop-off and pick-up. From the beginning, Dale Medical Center wanted to demonstrate their commitment to the community. Located off a secondary road, the facility is situated for visibility. The entry drive is part of the future loop road that will service the campus as emergency and service access.
