University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Fourth Avenue Parking Deck supports the North Pavilion and includes 1260 parking spaces for patients and visitors. The $15M parking structure, designed by TRO Jung|Brannen, supports the 850,000 square foot North Pavilion hospital replacement facility which was designed by another firm. The parking deck is linked to the North Pavilion lobby by a pedestrian sky bridge across 5th Avenue South into the Hospital’s new Diagnostic and Treatment facility.
